4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require:

• 30% upfront payment for project initiation
• 40% payment at project midpoint
• 30% payment upon project completion

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Infotrio remain the property of Infotrio until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

• Client receives full ownership rights to the delivered work
• Infotrio retains the right to use the work in our portfolio
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying all necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensuring they have rights to all materials provided
• Maintaining backups of their data
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Warranty and Disclaimer

Infotrio provides services "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website or services will be error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The website or services are free of viruses or other harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infotrio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Infotrio's website, even if Infotrio or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
